Daniela Pacheco

Daniela Pacheco is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and quality assurance. Since November 2018, Daniela has held multiple roles at BILL, including Supervisor of CXO Quality, where responsibilities included developing and leading a team of support advocates, managing performance through one-on-one sessions, and conducting quality assurance audits. Prior roles at BILL included Lead of Customer Advocacy and Resolution Specialist. Daniela also has experience as a Freelance Makeup Artist and Retail Sales Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics, where skills in customer engagement and product knowledge were honed. Early career experience includes administrative support at Hayward Adult School. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Science from Chabot College.
