Emily Estes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience delivery and support operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at BILL since October 2023, Emily focuses on developing and implementing strategies that align company objectives with customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Prior roles include Vice President of Support Operations at Thumbtack, where Emily led operational strategies for improved efficiency and customer experience, as well as positions at Horace Mann, Cochlear, Pearson, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, each emphasizing leadership in customer service and operational management. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona.
