Joe Gale has extensive experience in customer success and training roles, currently serving as CXO Training Supervisor at BILL since September 2021. Prior to this, Joe held various positions at Invoice2go from February 2020 to January 2022, including Senior CX Trainer and Customer Success Analyst. Joe began a career in customer care at ECOVACS Robotics as a Customer Care Associate from March 2018 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes an internship at Rubber City Radio Group, where Joe supported marketing activities, and working as event staff for Live Nation, managing large crowds at concerts. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University between 2014 and 2017.
