Laura Z.

Laura Z. is a highly experienced wellness and benefits professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of Benefits & Wellness at BILL since February 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Head of Global Benefits & Wellness at Google for Fitbit and spent several years at Fitbit as the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Wellness. With a background in developing comprehensive health and wellness programs, Laura has also served as the Executive Director of Patient Experience at Marin General Hospital, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance community loyalty. Earlier career roles include Wellness Programs Manager at McKesson and strategic leadership in various wellness initiatives.
