Parshva Shah, CSM®, currently serves as a Python Automation Analyst at BILL since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Chatbot and RPA Developer at UVS InfoTech from June 2020 to April 2023, where notable achievements included automating incident voicemail transcription, password reset processes, and NOC operations, alongside developing various scripts and API integrations to enhance efficiency. Previous experience also encompasses work as a Chatbot Developer and Data Analyst at iConsult Collaborative at Syracuse University from May 2019 to May 2020. Early career experience includes an IT Internship at Health Dynamics PVT LTD from May 2016 to January 2017.
