Patrick Nguyen

Patrick Nguyen is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law and business development across various industries, particularly in technology and SaaS solutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal at Bill.com since December 2019, Patrick manages the commercial legal team that has contributed to the company's remarkable growth from $50 million to over $1 billion in revenue within four years. Previous roles include Board Member at Atiim Inc., Managing Director at MSG Securities, and Co-Founder, CEO, and General Counsel at Amusing Quest. Patrick's legal expertise was further honed during tenures as General Counsel at SugarSync and Xumii, as well as in executive positions at Liberate Technologies and InterTrust Technologies, where significant corporate governance and intellectual property matters were navigated. Patrick's legal career began at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and includes advising Panasonic Corporation on international contracts and legal affairs.
