Robin Z.

Robin Z. is a skilled professional in product enablement and training, currently serving as the CXO Product Enablement Manager at BILL since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing training courses for new software releases and enhancing process improvements. Previously, Robin Z. held significant roles at VerityStream as Senior Manager of CredentialStream Internal Training, where a new training department was established, and at Verity, A HealthStream Company, managing software implementation and training. With experience also as a Project Manager and Application Specialist at Morrisey, Robin Z. has a strong background in project management and client readiness in healthcare software. Early career experience includes real estate sales where achievements included reaching Multi-million dollar club status with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS. Academically, Robin Z. holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Florida International University and two master’s degrees, one from Thomas Jefferson University and another in Healthcare Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
