Xin Zhou

Xin "Zoe" Zhou, MBA, CIA, CISA, currently serves as SOX Manager at Bill.com since July 2022. Previously, Xin worked at Deloitte as an Advisory Manager from November 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included co-sourcing with technology industry clients for internal audits, leading integrated audit projects, and managing SAP pre-implementation reviews. Xin's experience in internal auditing began as a Senior Internal Auditor at 99bill.com and included roles at EY, Allianz Asset Management AG, and Shanghai MYTS Certified Public Accountants Ltd. Xin holds an MBA with a concentration in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Actuarial Science from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
