Zia Syed has extensive experience in technical support and help desk management, currently serving as Help Desk Manager at BILL since July 2019, previously holding roles such as Help Desk Lead and Sr. Helpdesk Support Specialist. Prior to this, Zia worked at Rice University from February 2012 to July 2019 as Support Specialist II, and at CompuCom (Shell Information Technology) from May 2005 to February 2012 in positions including Technical Support Specialist and TAC Engineer. Zia holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston, along with earlier education from DJ Government Science College and St. Paul English High School.
