My name is Bill Ly, and I am known as the Next Generation Leadership and Financial Coach.

I specialize in equipping students, staff, and organizations with the resilience, leadership skills, and financial confidence they need to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Here is an example of what that looks like in real life. A student came to me overwhelmed, with no clear direction. Through a simple DISC session, he discovered how he was wired, identified one focused next step, and walked out with a 30-day action plan he actually followed through on.

What I am up to right now is a 90-day leadership and resilience program for schools, youth centers, and organizations that want measurable growth in their students and staff without adding to the burden of an already stretched team.

If that sounds like something your organization needs, I would love to connect.
