Steven T.

Steven T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Steven started their career at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Operations Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for processing dividend, interest, and principal payments for securities deposited at DTC. Steven also handled ACH Debit transactions for brokered CD interest payments.

In 2010, Steven transitioned to the role of Lead Specialist at DTCC. Here, they processed ADR foreign dividends, managed customer inquiries related to foreign tax reclaims, and implemented measures to improve workload efficiency for processing Canadian deemed dividends.

In 2015, Steven was promoted to the position of Product Manager at DTCC. Steven led projects to automate withholding and reporting payment systems to comply with withholding regulations. Steven also stayed updated on government regulations and industry trends to maintain industry knowledge.

In 2021, Steven joined Apex Fintech Solutions as a Senior Product Manager. Here, they collaborated with customers and business leaders to identify product gaps and implemented new features and functionality to increase customer satisfaction. Steven also worked with customers to reduce input errors in the Cost Basis Reporting Service.

Finally, in 2023, Steven joined Bill360 as a Product Manager, where they are currently employed.

Steven T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the UCF College of Business. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in December 2022.
