Anna Uba is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a diverse background in guiding teams and organizations through agile transformations. Having worked with prominent companies such as Scientific Games, Jamf, and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas, they have successfully implemented agile practices, fostered team collaboration, and driven continuous improvement. Anna currently serves as a Release Train Engineer at Billennium, supporting one of the world’s largest healthcare companies, while also running their own agile consultancy, Bubba, since 2011. Additionally, they have a background in academia, having lectured on Communication in Social Media at AGH University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2015.
