In 2010, Ralph joined Billets.com as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the company as the leading secondary market in Quebec. Additionally, they started working as a Consultant for Ralph A., specializing in strategy, operations, management, and optimization of online websites, particularly in the secondary market ticket industry. In 2016, Ralph became the Chief Executive Officer of Billets.ca, further expanding their expertise in the ticket market industry.

Ralph Abi Nader completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Management from HEC Montréal from 2004 to 2007.
