Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their passion for producing excellent results for end users by prioritizing stakeholder feedback and coming up with innovative solutions to problems. Matthew has also had the opportunity to speak to large customers about the product, both technical people and executives, to help them understand what the product could do for them and answer some of their feature requests.

Matthew Jaggard has a BSc 2.1 from The University of Manchester in Computer Science, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Matthew was also involved in several extracurricular activities and societies during their time at university, including being the treasurer, webmaster, and vice-musical director for the Harmony Gospel Choir. Prior to their time at university, they attended Diss High School from 1999 to 2001, and Old Buckenham High School from 1996 to 1999. Matthew is also a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).
