Steven Elder

Steven Elder has extensive experience in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as Employee Experience Manager and Architect at BillGO since August 2020. Prior roles include People Ops Coordinator at BillGO, Payroll & Benefits Administrator/Employee Engagement at Flood and Peterson, and Training Coordinator at Home State Bank. Between 1994 and 2014, Steven held various positions at First National Bank of Omaha, including Senior Recruiter and HR Advisor, where expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR generalist functions was developed. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development from Regis University.
