Ryan Graham has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, particularly within the technology sector. Ryan began their career at InterPro as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in software developers and engineers. Ryan then joined TRA Global as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on software developers and engineers as well. After that, Ryan worked at Radley Group, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead for IT Recruitment. In 2013, they joined F1rst Contact Recruitment as a Director and Principal Consultant, specializing in the recruitment of technology professionals across all industries.
