Billing Document Specialists (BDS) is a privately held corporation, incorporated in 1983, with over 50 current employees delivering more than 30 million print/electronic documents across the nation per year.  We have production facilities in Idaho, New Mexico and Alaska and recently acquired our own Payment Processing company to control our payment portals.  BDS has built our business on meeting our clients needs.  Our core competencies are information technology, data processing, document formatting, document production/delivery, and payment technologies.  We specialize in providing excellent products and services to municipal utility customers.  Customization, flexibility and customer service are some of the core principals of our organization.  Many of our customers have been with us for over 10 years.  If you talk with our customers, the number one thing you will find that they appreciate the most is our customer service and responsiveness.  We are large enough to be responsible and capable; yet small enough to be flexible and responsive.
