Prior to joining BillingPlatform Lane served as Director of Customer Success, for Zuora Inc. – a Subscription Management and Revenue SaaS Platform. Lane was initially responsible for growing its customer success offering across the APAC region before moving to the US to lead a team of both Strategic and Enterprise Customer Success Managers and the continued growth of the customer base.

Lane has over 25 years of customer management and sales experience in technology, media, and the CPG space with many years of SaaS experience. Lane has experience in managing Customers and leading teams across multiple geographies including North America, APAC, the UK, and the Middle East.
