Andrew Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrew started their career at Kohl's Department Stores, where they held various positions in warehouse, logistics, footwear, and ad placements. Andrew then moved to Best Buy as a Magnolia Sales Professional, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and training new employees. At BillingPlatform, Andrew held multiple roles, including Business Analyst, where they oversaw the successful implementation of billing solutions and provided support to completed projects. As a Project Specialist, they directed the implementation of automated billing solutions and contributed to application development. Andrew later became a Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction through training, support, and professional services. In their most recent role as Director of Customer Support, they constructed a global support team, created internal support structures, and managed compliance audits.

Andrew Ryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics from Colorado State University Global, where they majored in Computer Science. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Front Range Community College in 2012. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. Andrew possesses an additional certification as a Computer Technician in Network+.
