Dave Jones

Dave Jones has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Dave began their career as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including AIM listed companies and multinational groups. Dave then worked as a Senior Group Accountant at DLA Piper, focusing on the preparation of group accounts and financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Following this, Dave joined G4S as a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, overseeing financial reporting activities. Dave has also held various finance director positions in different companies, including Billington Holdings Plc, where they served as the Finance Director for Group Companies, and Hoard-it Ltd, Easi-Edge Ltd, Shafton Steel Services, Specialist Protective Coatings Ltd, Billington Structures Ltd, and Peter Marshall Steel Stairs Ltd, where they held the role of Finance Director.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in financial management, group accounting, and audit, with a particular focus on the construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

Dave Jones attended The University of Sheffield from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics.
