Prasoon Kumar

Prasoon Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of BillionBricks since May 2020, where the focus is on developing net-zero homes and communities through innovative solar solutions. In addition, Kumar is a Business Advisor at the World Trade Organization, providing expertise on sustainability, climate change, and startups. As Co-Founder and CEO of BillionBricks Foundation, the non-profit has successfully supported over 15,000 individuals across nine countries by addressing the global housing crisis. Kumar's extensive experience in urban design includes leadership roles at Halcyon, Cordes Foundation, and Forbes Nonprofit Council, along with teaching positions at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Singapore University of Technology and Design. Prasoon Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
