Vincent Ramey

Vincent Ramey has extensive experience in computational biology and bioinformatics, beginning as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Davis, where algorithms for splice intermediate prediction were designed. A Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley further developed expertise, culminating in a PhD in Biophysics. At DNAnexus, Ramey served as a Senior Scientist, focusing on next-generation sequencing pipelines for clinical applications. Ramey later worked at Invitae in various roles, including Production Bioinformatics Scientist and Clinical Lab Operations Improvements Lead, while contributing to the development of Non-Invasive Prenatal Screening technologies. Currently, Ramey is a Staff Process Engineer at BillionToOne, leading efforts to scale lab processes across multiple fronts.
