Emma Sund has over 10 years of work experience in customer service and customer relations. Emma started their career in 2008 as a Receptionist at DnB NOR Asset Management. In 2009, they joined Kollektivtrafikförvaltningen UL as a Project Manager and Receptionist. Her roles included time estimations, campaign layout, day-to-day interaction with customers, and keeping the common areas clean and presentable. In 2017, they became a Customer Service Representative at Kollektivtrafikförvaltningen UL, where they worked the register in the store and provided support over email and phone. Emma also helped train new hires.
