Jeff Deneau

Jeff Deneau has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. From 2016 to present, they have been the Head of DLT Platform Development, Strategy & Execution, PMO, and Program Manager - Client Deployment and Infrastructure Integration at Billon, a FinTech company that has developed a payment system based on blockchain and distributed ledger technology. From 2006 to 2016, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at QVT Financial LP, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund in NYC, where they identified and analyzed investment opportunities focusing on industrial or commodity shipping. From 2000 to 2006, they were a Software Developer at CoManage/Syndesis, a telecommunications software startup that invented the network-driven data-integrity product space.

Jeff Deneau completed a Bachelor's Degree in BMath and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo - St. Jerome's University between 1995 and 2000.
