Robert Alves is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Product Discovery Lead at Billor since June 2025. Previously held roles include Product Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Teckro from August 2021 to May 2025, where leadership and mentorship of design teams were key responsibilities. Robert's expertise spans multiple organizations including ViaSat, T-Pro, and Meus Pedidos, focusing on user experience and interface design across various platforms. With a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Design from Universidade da Região de Joinville, Robert has consistently prioritized collaboration, user research, and design system management throughout a diverse career in product design and development.
