Diane Dusabe has a strong background in IT and customer support. Diane began their career as a software developer at AxIS Investments Ltd. in 2013. Diane then moved on to work as a senior system administrator, operation manager, and finally as the chief operating officer at Esicia Ltd, where they gained experience in web application design, implementation, maintenance, and administration. In 2020, they joined Kemira as a coordinator for customer order management. Diane then transitioned to Capgemini, where they served as an incident manager until 2022. Currently, Diane is employed as a customer support specialist at Billtrust.

Diane Dusabe completed their Master's degree in IT Project Manager at WSB Schools of Banking in Poland from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application from Bharathiar University in India between 2010 and 2013, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in December 2022.
