Hector gained valuable experience as a Web Developer Intern at Student Services, Inc. from February 2012 to May 2014. During this time, they migrated systems from local server to web, provided support to employees, and maintained technology assets.

From November 2011 to May 2014, Hector worked at Millersville University in two roles. Firstly, as a Desktop Support Technician, they diagnosed and repaired operating systems, software, and networking issues on student and staff computers. Hector also served as a Creative Engineer, troubleshooting technical problems with periphery equipment.

Hector started their career as a Public Relations member at Society On Latino Affairs from September 2011 to May 2013. Hector then gained internship experience in Development & Public Relations at Philadelphia Youth Network - Inglis Foundation from July 2010 to August 2010. In this role, they organized donor information, updated profiles, and researched donor data.

Hector's earliest work experience was as Manager's Assistant at PCS Global from January 2005 to July 2006.

Hector S. completed their high school education from Thomas Alva Edison High School/ John C. Fareira Skills Center during the years 2006 to 2010, with a focus on Mathematics. Hector then pursued further education at Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their major was in Computer Science, with a minor in Art Studio. Additionally, in May 2014, they obtained a certification in HIPAA Compliance from TherapyNotes, LLC.
