John Arnold has a diverse background in legal and contract management roles. John started their career as a Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Edward M. Rubinstein and later worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Gregg A. Rapoport. At QSC Audio Products, LLC, they served as a Legal Intern, where they conducted research and assisted in updating the legal docketing system.

John then joined Mavrick Artists as an Intern, where they managed client contract signings and assisted in client communication and document organization. John continued to gain experience in the entertainment industry at Warner Music Group, where they served as a Licensing Administrator and negotiated rates and terms for digital videos and ringtones.

After that, John joined The Walt Disney Studios as a Project Analyst/Coordinator, where they focused on compiling and validating data sets to ensure accuracy in Disney's system.

In 2019, John joined Smart Energy Water as a Sr. Contracts Specialist, providing legal support and expertise to the executive team in managing client contracts and negotiations. Currently, they are working at Billtrust as a Senior Contracts Specialist, handling all aspects of the company's contract lifecycle requirements.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated excellent skills in contract administration, negotiation, and legal support services, working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.

John Arnold attended UC Irvine from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society. John then went on to attend Pepperdine Law from 2010 to 2013, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree in May 2013. In addition to their formal education, John has also obtained certifications as a DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist in April 2023 and as a DocuSign CLM Administration Specialist in September 2022, both from DocuSign.
