Ryan Wallace

Ryan Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan is currently a Senior Director in Product Operations at Billtrust, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Ryan held various roles within the organization, including Director of BPN and Platform from June 2019 to August 2022, Development Manager for Emerging Products from December 2017 to June 2019, and Development Manager for Custom Solutions from May 2017 to December 2017. Before transitioning into managerial positions, Ryan served as a Technical Support Team Lead from January 2015 to February 2016 and as a Senior Client Services Analyst from January 2014 to December 2014 at Billtrust.

Prior to their time at Billtrust, Ryan worked at JK Group where they served as a Client Success Manager from December 2012 to January 2014, a Client Services Supervisor from March 2010 to December 2012, and a Client Services Coordinator from December 2007 to March 2010.
