William Banowsky has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. William currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success at Billtrust since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Experience and Success Operations at Assembly Software from 2021 to 2023, where they led a team in improving customer experience and modernizing customer success operations.
