Paul Crowder

Paul Crowder is a seasoned professional in the Out-of-Home advertising industry with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as Business Director at Billups since June 2019, Paul leads efforts in creating efficient and measurable advertising campaigns by leveraging technology and data sciences. Previously, as Director of New Business at Project X from April 2017 to June 2019, Paul collaborated with brands and agencies to implement successful media plans using an advanced planning and buying platform. Paul also held the position of Account Executive at Pacific Outdoor Advertising, focusing on comprehensive OOH coverage in the Portland metro area, and worked in National Sales for All Points Media, specializing in non-traditional advertising. Paul is an alumnus of the University of Portland and Brophy College Preparatory.
