Scott Blair

Scott Blair is the Head of Client Development for North America at Billups as of July 2025, bringing extensive experience in sales and client management. Prior roles include serving as Vice President and Regional Sales Director at OUTFRONT Media from February 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing national and local sales in the Denver market. Previously, Scott was the EVP and Chief Growth Officer at Billups from March 2010 to January 2016, and prior to that, held managing director positions at Posterscope USA and the Integer Group, along with an associate media director role at the Integer Group. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between January 1992 and January 1996.
