Martyn Arbon

Martyn Arbon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Martyn is currently the Group CTO at Billwerk+ since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Strategy and Architecture at Macmillan Cancer Support from December 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they held the role of CTO for Servelec Ltd and Director of Product Development (HSC) for The Access Group from January 2021 to October 2022.

Martyn has also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Tungsten Network from April 2018 to January 2021, and at Conversocial from October 2017 to March 2018. Martyn served as the Chief Technology Officer at Investis from September 2014 to September 2017, where they were responsible for delivering various digital marketing and communication products.

Prior to that, Martyn held the positions of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Pure360 from October 2013 to September 2014. Martyn also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Lumesse from August 2007 to September 2013, where they led the SAAS Talent Management platform. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at StepStone from August 2007 to March 2010, a leading SAAS Talent Management platform and Job Board provider.

Martyn started their career as the Head of Development at CAPS Solutions from November 2002 to July 2007. Throughout their career, Martyn has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in the technology industry.

Martyn Arbon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle between 1987 and 1990. Following this, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Northumbria University and studied Business Studies, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, Martyn Arbon holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, for which the specific time of achievement is not provided.
