Billy Stitch Distillery kicked off in 2023 with nothing more than a backyard setup and a big love for great gin. What started as a passion project fuelled by curiosity and late-night experimenting has grown into a distillery that’s all about bold flavours and good times. We’ve stayed true to our roots: keeping things hands-on, and always full of personality.
Our gin isn’t here to blend into the crowd. We’re all about pushing the boundaries with bright flavours and bottles that are as fun to look at as they are to drink from. The Billy Stitch brand is about making spirits that stand out. It’s not just about making something premium, it’s about making something that’s unapologetically full of life.
