billyGO

BillyGO is the creation of Billy Stevens, who started and operated one of the most highly successful home service companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. After selling the company for a profit, Billy began to see house service calls from the side of the homeowner. According to Billy, after being told by his better half, “Billy go do this … , Billy go do that …” he and his wife had the idea to develop billyGO. He identified a need for a reliable appointment system for home services, specifically for plumbing. Soon, Billy discovered the convenience of platform apps, but wanted to employ trusted service technicians who met his standard of quality. “It’s interesting and enlightening to see it from the other side, waiting on a call instead of trying to get there,” said Billy. “I think we found a way to benefit techs and homeowners and give people their lives back at the same time. There’s no reason why you should stop everything to wait for a service tech for hours.” When there’s a plumbing emergency, homeowners have come to expect a day that has been completely wasted. Those days are gone. Now there’s a company with a fast, reliable method to book an appointment that benefits the homeowner as well as the technician.
