David Escalante

David Escalante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. David started their career as a Commercial Apprentice in Wholesale and Foreign Trade at Brenntag Group in 1998. David then went on to work as a Material and Logistics Specialist and an Internal Sales Representative before becoming a Junior Product Manager. In 2006, David took a sabbatical to stay abroad in Spain. David later joined Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co. KG in 2007 as a Project Manager. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Corporate Development Director and Group Director of Corporate Planning & Strategy. David'smost recent position at the company was Group Category Procurement Director.

David Escalante's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) during the period from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications. These include becoming a Qualified Negotiator® from the Schranner Negotiation Institute in August 2022, a Professional Negotiator from the Negotiation Academy Potsdam in May 2019, a Certified OKR Master (COM) from +Pluswerk Consulting GmbH in November 2018, a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in May 2018, a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in May 2018, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in March 2018, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in November 2016.
