Michael Stass

Michael Stass is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global HR strategy and recruiting. Currently serving as HR Global Strategy Manager at bilstein group since July 2012, Michael has progressed through various HR roles within the organization. Prior to this, Michael worked as Lead Recruiter and HR Consultant at joka HR Services GmbH, providing comprehensive support in candidate management and project assistance. Earlier experiences include internships in human resources at Electronic Arts and medicine controlling at Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus Herdecke, as well as part-time sales positions at GameStop and EB Games. Michael holds a Diploma in Social Sciences from Ruhr University Bochum.
