Nancy Macias

Nancy Macias has a wealth of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Nancy began their career in 2003 as an Executive Team Lead at Target. In 2012, they moved to Hillshire Brands as a Human Resources Generalist, MBA. In 2013, they became an Assistant Human Resources Manager, MBA, SPHR at Tyson Foods. In 2016, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager II, MBA, SPHR at CTI Foods. In 2018, Nancy joined BILT Incorporated (SaaS CX Platform) as the Global Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, where they also served as Vice President of People Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the award-winning BILT app, which provides 3D interactive Intelligent Instructions\u00ae that are voice & text-guided.

Nancy Macias attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Nancy also attended DeVry University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services.
