Bily provides an onboarding and operating pathway for eligible unregistered or transitioning SIL operators to deliver services through a registered provider controlled structure.

Our purpose is to help capable SIL operators move from readiness into structured operations with clearer compliance requirements, workforce expectations and operational oversight.

Bily works alongside Gean, our compliance gated SIL operating software.

Together, Bily + Gean support providers to manage:

• readiness and onboarding
• policies, documents and evidence
• workforce training and compliance checks
• participant and service records
• rostering and shift management
• incidents and operational workflows
• CRM, billing and audit evidence

There are two ways to work with us:

Bily
An operating pathway for eligible unregistered or transitioning SIL operators, subject to readiness assessment, evidence review, onboarding and approval.

Gean
A compliance gated SIL operating SaaS platform for providers operating through their own registered provider structure.

Start with free readiness access at bily.com.au.

Free readiness access is for assessment and preparation only and is not operational access. Access to the Bily operating pathway is subject to review, approval and ongoing requirements. The responsible registered provider retains responsibility for NDIS service delivery and regulatory obligations. Gean supports operational and compliance workflows but does not itself provide registration, establish compliance or guarantee audit outcomes.
