Eric Singer

Eric Singer is a Miami-based attorney specializing in government contracts and complex public-sector transactions, particularly public-private partnerships (P3). Currently a partner at Bilzin Sumberg, Eric has negotiated development agreements for various public assets, including transportation and social infrastructure projects. Eric previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and was a Searle Research Fellow at NYU Law School, focusing on local government law and public contracts. Educated at the University of Chicago Law School, where Eric graduated with high honors, and Cornell University, Eric also has experience as a high school teacher in the Detroit area.
