Richard Goldstein

Richard Goldstein is the Chair of the Tax and Wealth Transfer Group at Bilzin Sumberg, where they have represented a diverse range of clients, including family businesses and multi-national entities, since 1999. They specialize in complex tax planning and structuring, frequently handling corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as partnership and limited liability company matters. Goldstein has lectured extensively on tax and estate planning for closely-held businesses, demonstrating their expertise in income tax and wealth preservation planning. Prior to their current role, they worked as an associate at Fulbright & Jaworski from 1984 to 1986, and they earned an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1984.
