BIM Hives provides managed MEP BIM delivery for consultancies and contractors that need reliable capacity, structured coordination, and clear visibility across live projects.

We support growing MEP teams with dedicated Revit engineers, defined delivery workflows, and the BIM Hives Portal — a central system where tasks, markups, files, hours, revisions, and coordination decisions are tracked in one place.

This gives clients more than modelling output. It gives them greater delivery control.

Our support typically includes:
• Revit MEP modelling and production
• MEP coordination and clash resolution
• BIM management and delivery oversight
• COBie and handover support
• BWIC and fire interface coordination
• Short-term, project-based, and retained delivery support

BIM Hives was built from real project delivery experience and the recurring problems that affect MEP teams in practice: inconsistent workflows, limited visibility, coordination gaps, unclear ownership, and difficulty scaling without adding internal overhead.

Our approach is shaped by UK BIM standards, ISO 19650-aligned workflows, and the commercial realities of live project delivery.

BIM Hives is the market-facing brand operated through GxM Consulting Ltd.
