Erbil Baytar

Erbil Baytar has accumulated diverse experience in engineering and project management, beginning with an internship at Erdemir Grubu in 2014 and progressing to significant roles in quality assurance and project coordination. Notable positions include serving as Chief Quality Engineer at Hema Endüstri A.Ş., overseeing the quality processes for the Ford Otosan Ecotorq Transmission project, and later as Projects Deputy Manager, coordinating project commissioning in alignment with the APQP process. Currently, Erbil Baytar is the Quality Team Leader at Bimed Teknik Aletler. Academic credentials include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bülent Ecevit University and ongoing studies in Business/Commerce at Anadolu University.
