Zeynep Kobal is currently the İnsan Kaynakları Yöneticisi at Bimed Teknik Aletler since 2025. Previously, Zeynep held various roles in human resources, including İnsan Kaynakları Şefi at RHG Enertürk Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi from 2022 to 2025 and Bordro ve İdari İşler Yöneticisi at Frimpeks A.S. from 2020 to 2021. With earlier experience as a Bordro Uzmanı at Yıldız Holding from 2015 to 2018 and a Personel Uzmanı at Vakko from 2013 to 2015, Zeynep also obtained a master's degree in İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi from Marmara Üniversitesi in 2015 and a bachelor's degree in English Business from İstanbul Üniversitesi in 2011.
