BIMfaktoria was founded by Karol Argasinski out of his passion for the monument. It started with architectural inventories. By gathering years of experience and deepening our knowledge, we have expanded our services to include not only complex OpenBIM compliant inventories, but we also take part in activities aimed at improving the work of architects and engineers, not only by implementing BIM software, but above all by implementing BIM technology processes throughout the project lifecycle. We digitalize the world around us, transforming what is temporary and fragile into lasting and fascinating experiences, images and animations.

BIMfaktoria is a team of experienced BIM designers and modelers who can accurately interpret 3D scan data for you and transform it into a virtual BIM model. Converting point cloud to BIM is widely used by many of our clients: general contractors, architects, and property managers.

Get the best virtual representation of your building with accurate and precise BIM models inventoried by laser scanning.
Eliminate the need for traditional surveying methods and the resulting errors with our point cloud/scan to BIM method.
