Christopher George has a diverse work experience in various customer success and business development roles. Christopher is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at BIMobject since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Customer Success at Bill Identity (formerly BidEnergy BID) from December 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they established trusted relationships with clients, identified customer advocates, and developed customer engagement and retention strategies.

Before that, Christopher worked as a Business Development Manager at The Fedcap Group from November 2017 to December 2018. Christopher oversaw the overall renewal lifecycle, collaborated with teams to track critical metrics, and identified upsell opportunities.

As a Customer Success Manager, they managed and grew a portfolio of enterprise customers, conducted strategic business reviews, and delivered feedback to drive client success and retention. As an Account Manager, they were responsible for onboarding and growing accounts of business owners.

Christopher's early experience includes working as an ITSM Consultant Training at FDM Group from July 2012 to June 2013, where they acquired professional skills and expertise in SQL.

Christopher George obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in Security from the New York State Department of Labor in January 2013.
