Fredrik Sylvin has extensive work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Fredrik currently works as a Key Account Manager EMEA at BIMobject, where they help building product manufacturers expand their brands and reach new markets through the global storefront platform. Prior to that, Fredrik was the owner of Rib Stockholm - Sea Adventures, specializing in company events and tours in the Stockholm Archipelago.

Fredrik also has experience as the CEO of DIB Hotel and as a Partner at Hops Management AB, where they provided strategic advice to clients in the hospitality sector. In their earlier career, Fredrik held various roles at Marriott International, including Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and Senior Account Manager. Fredrik also worked at Hilton Stockholm Slussen in roles such as Group & Leisure Sales Representative and Conference & Event Sales. Additionally, they gained experience at Millennium Hotels and Resorts Dubai as a Revenue Management Trainee.

Before gaining managerial positions, Fredrik started their career at Hilton Stockholm Slussen as a Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, and Front Desk Agent/Executive Floor Host.

Fredrik Sylvin attended Danderyd's Gymnasium from 1998 to 2001. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Hotelschool The Hague in 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in 2008. During their time at Hotelschool The Hague, Fredrik specialized in Marketing and also earned a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree.
