BIN gGmbH is a certified educational organisation that is passionately committed to the professional integration of people with a migration background in Hamburg. As a non-profit organisation, we offer comprehensive advice in the areas of skills assessment, preparation for recognition procedures, professional qualification, job search, job-related language support and occupational psychology counselling. At BIN, our participants receive individual counselling and long-term support. Our services are flexible: we work in face-to-face, hybrid and online formats to meet different needs. 

BIN gGmbH offers over 550 qualification-oriented vocational training programmes in various fields. These include IT, commercial professions, social professions, care professions and quality management. We also organise more than 150 IHK qualifications to enable our participants to successfully complete their training.
