Lucy C. is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the fintech and food packaging industries. Currently at Binance.US since March 2025, Lucy leads onboarding funnel conversion and regulatory controls, building capabilities in KYC, screening, and AML. Previously, Lucy managed payment performance and user experiences related to deposits and withdrawals while also spearheading product initiatives to combat fraud. Additional roles at Layfield Group included managing product roadmaps for food and pet food lines, as well as leading technical projects and quality improvement efforts. Earlier career experience includes quality assurance at Cargill Aqua Nutrition. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from The University of British Columbia, a Product Management Certificate from BrainStation, and is pursuing a Certificate in Applied Data Analytics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
