Norman Read is the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Binance.US. Previously, they were with Hennii, Inc. as their General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Norman has also served in various legal capacities at Onsa, nanopay Corporation, Carta, and Ripple. Prior to their current role, they were with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation as their General Counsel, Omgeo LLC / Managing Director.

Norman Read began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. Norman then went on to earn a Master of Arts in history from Ohio State University. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School.
